Our warranties and disclaimersWe provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will find them useful. But there are certain things that we don't promise about our Services.
PRISNA DOES NOT MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON'T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
Liability for our servicesWHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, PRISNA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PRISNA, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, PRISNA, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
Business uses of our servicesIf you are using our services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Prisna, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.
SupportCustomers will get support from us (via the Contact us page). Support is available in English only. We will try to respond to all the requests as soon as possible, and keep our Customers satisfied. We reserve the right to limit or cancel support in the following situations:
- Unreasonable behavior by the Customer, such as bad language
- Continued/repeating server issues or misuse of the Service, that cannot (or should not) be resolved by Prisna
- The Customer is not cooperative in providing additional details on the issues raised
Use of the API keyThe Services require an API key to work, which can be created with the provided forms in this website. Each API key is for one domain name and up to 5 sub domains. The API key is provided for an unlimited period of time. The API key is meant to be used only with the Prisna's Services. Reverse engineer, sharing or any other method that attempt or allow the use of the API key on other websites are strictly forbidden and will result in termination of the Services.
Costs of the translationsPrisna will cover the costs of the translations to a certain extent and will notify the Customers, at Prisna's sole discretion, when they will need to cover the costs of their own translations. In such case, Customers will receive a report of their current translations consumption.
Service terminationPrisna reserves the right to terminate the Service at any time, without prior notice. Reasons include, but not limited to:
- Fraud payments
- Fake personal data
- Abuse of the Service
- Reverse engineer of the Service
- The Customer is not cooperative in providing additional details when contacted regarding misuse of the Service
- Violate any of these terms
Upon termination, all API keys and licenses granted by Prisna will terminate. In the event of account termination, all data that you submitted will no longer be available. And no refunds will be issued.
Agreement to these termsPrisna products and services require your agreement to our Terms of Service. These terms may be updated from time to time, so you should check back regularly.
